Every bespoke creation begins with a conversation. From your first idea to the final polish, our team of designers and artisans guide you through a simple, transparent journey that turns imagination into a lasting heirloom.
1. Consultation — Share Your Story
It starts with a conversation — in person or on Zoom.
We’ll ask questions to understand your ideas, inspiration, budget, and timeline. Whether it’s for love, memory, or celebration, our design consultant helps you express what the piece should mean, not just how it should look.

You can schedule a complimentary appointment at our Los Angeles, Tokyo, or Melbourne atelier—or meet us online via Zoom. After booking, you’ll receive a short design questionnaire so we can understand your ideas, budget, and timeline before we talk.

That’s completely fine. Most of our clients come with feelings rather than finished ideas. Our design consultants help you explore inspirations, styles, and materials until the vision becomes clear.

No. The initial consultation and quotation are entirely free. You only make a deposit once you approve the design and we begin production.
2. Concept Design — Bringing Ideas to Life
Our jewelry designers translate your story into sketches and visual concepts — sometimes referencing classic inspirations, sometimes creating something entirely new.
We may use hand drawings, AI design tools, or curated references to show multiple directions. Together, we refine the look until you say, “That’s it.”

We usually prepare several visual concepts—hand sketches, AI renderings, or reference collages—until we reach one design you love. There’s no limit on small adjustments during this stage.

3. Stones & Materials — Choose What Defines It
Now it’s time to select the perfect center stone, metal, and any side stones.
We’ll source and present diamond or gemstone options — natural or lab-grown — and help you compare sparkle, color, and value.
Once you confirm your choices, a 50% deposit secures your project and the crafting begins.

We source each stone individually through our global partners, offering both natural and lab-grown options. Every gem is ethically verified and certified by GIA or IGI.

Yes. We can evaluate your gemstone or heirloom metal to ensure it’s suitable for the new design and integrate it safely into your piece.

After confirming your chosen stone and metal, we provide a detailed quotation. A 50 % deposit secures the materials and starts production; the remaining balance is due before delivery.
4. Jewelry 3D Rendering — See It Before It’s Made
Our design team creates detailed 3D renderings that show exactly how your jewelry will look from every angle.
We fine-tune every curve, setting, and proportion until it feels perfect. You approve the final model before any gold or platinum is cast.

5. Crafting & Delivery — From Vision to Reality
Your piece is then handcrafted by our in-house artisans — goldsmiths, gem-setters, and polishers — under the supervision of our master jeweler.
Depending on complexity and materials, crafting takes 4–8 weeks (or up to 12 months for memorial or hair diamonds).
Once complete, we arrange secure worldwide delivery or a personal hand-off at one of our ateliers near your location.
